He (Sanyal) depolys an agent named Hamza Ali Mazari in Pakistan and joins the gang of Rehman Dakait (Akshay Khanna) and wins the trust of gang members including Uzair Baloch, right hand man of Rehman.
Rehman decides to join politics with the partnership of Jameel Jamali (Rakesh Bedi, based on Nabil Gabol) but Jameel wants to remove Rehman so he calls SP Chaudhary Aslam (Sanjay Dutt).
On the other hand Hamza falls in love with Yalina (Sara Arjun) who is one and only daughter of Jameel Jamali. Meanwhile, Rahman meets Khanani brothers and they (Rehman and his gang including Hamza) meet Major Iqbal (Arjun Rampal based on IIyas Kashmiri).
